Position Overview
We’re looking for a hungry, results-driven Sales Representative to close deals with qualified leads. You won’t be cold calling all day — our appointment setters bring you pre-qualified prospects booked onto your calendar.
Your job is to run the call, diagnose their business, present our solution, and close.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running Zoom sales calls with qualified prospects
- Breaking down the contractor’s current situation and pain points
- Presenting our services (websites, SEO, lead generation systems)
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Closing deals and collecting payments
- Updating CRM with notes and deal status
- Following up with warm prospects who didn’t close initially
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence on Zoom and on the phone
- Ability to control a conversation and lead it toward a decision
- Highly motivated and competitive mindset
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and follow a proven sales process
Compensation
- Commission-based with high earning potential
- Average deals range from $3,000 – $6,000
- Opportunities for recurring commissions depending on performance
