Account Executive (Commercial Construction & Workplace Solutions)

About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen client partnerships across the commercial real estate, construction, workplace design, and facilities sectors. This role combines strategic outbound sales, pipeline building, and hands-on account management of key property groups, GC’s, architects, designers, and workplace executives.
You will be the face of our organization in the NYC market—educating the industry, building trusted partnerships, and helping clients deliver beautiful, functional spaces with premium signage, graphics, smart-film, and branded environment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect, engage, and convert target accounts in:
- Real Estate Developers & Property Management
- General Contractors & Construction Managers
- Workplace Experience & Facilities Teams
- Architects & Interior Designers
- Execute outbound sequences, networking, industry events, and on-site walkthroughs
- Identify bid opportunities and build a repeatable pipeline of project work
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client & Project Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and project partners
- Understand project timelines, budgets, and construction schedules
- Coordinate internally with operations, production, and installation teams
- Maintain proactive communication on project updates and client needs
- Conduct site visits, punch list walks, and client meetings
Market & Brand Representation
- Attend industry events (CoreNet, IFMA, NAIOP, IIDA, CRE summits, etc.)
- Stay current on design, workplace, and real estate trends
- Build relationships and visibility in the NYC construction & CRE community
Qualifications
- 2–5 years B2B sales experience; construction, CRE, design, or facility services preferred
- Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue goals
- Strong understanding of commercial building processes and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable on job sites and in client-facing environments
- CRM experience (HubSpot / Salesforce)

Compensation
- $90-120k base salary commission
