- Join a skilled on-site team supporting automated packaging and material handling systems at leading manufacturing facilities in Marion, NC & Phoenix, AZ
- Work hands-on troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled automation equipment to keep high-volume production systems running smoothly
- Split your time between 80% technical troubleshooting and 20% coordination, reporting, and performance tracking- using KPIs and Excel to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and the Customer Service leadership team to resolve issues, improve reliability, and support system upgrades
- Bring 1-2 years of electromechanical or automation maintenance experience and a solid understanding of controls, sensors, and mechanical systems; PLC experience strongly preferred
- Enjoy $35-$42/hr plus overtime, shift-based scheduling for 24/7 coverage, and full-time employment with background and drug screening required
