DRI is hiring a driven professional to join our GovTech and Physical Security executive search team. Recruiting experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional work experience who is comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, and ready to learn a relationship-driven business.
You will:
- Find and engage prospective candidates through calls, referrals, networking, research, and recruiting platforms.
- Lead conversations and build relationships with professionals at different stages of their careers.
- Research companies, competitors, talent markets, and industry developments.
- Develop specialized knowledge of the GovTech and physical security sectors.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and present strong matches to the team.
- Maintain organized, accurate recruiting activity and candidate pipelines in our CRM.
- Support candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process.
Executive recruiting combines elements of sales, consulting, research, and relationship management. You’ll connect talented professionals with career opportunities while helping clients build stronger teams.

Who We're Looking For
- At least one year of professional work experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- A track record of managing responsibilities and following through on commitments.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and sound problem-solving skills.
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity about people, businesses, and emerging industries.
- Resilience and the ability to stay motivated when faced with rejection or setbacks.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- The ability to work onsite in our Solon, Ohio office.
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, business development, recruiting, or another phone-intensive position can translate especially well to this opportunity.
