Call Center Sales Representative (In-Office)
Direct Protection Security, Inc. is a leading ADT Authorized Dealer looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
- Build rapport and confidently close sales over the phone
- Explain products, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with interested customers when needed
- Accurately enter customer information into our CRM
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous phone sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confident closer with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Security or home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required
