Responsibilities:
- Run in-home or virtual consultations with qualified leads
- Educate customers on ADT’s home security solutions
- Close sales with professionalism and urgency
- Schedule installations and ensure follow-through
- Log all customer activity in CRM and follow up as needed
- Represent the ADT brand with integrity and enthusiasm
✅ Qualifications:
- 1 year of proven sales experience preferred (home security, solar, pest control, telecom, or similar a PLUS)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Familiar with CRM platforms (or willing to learn)
- Reliable vehicle valid driver’s license
- Clean background
- Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
