Sales Recruiter & Brand Building — Direct Home Lending (On-Site in Corona, CA)

Direct Home Lending is expanding, and we’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to help us build a high-performing mortgage team and grow our brand presence.

This is an in-office position at our Corona headquarters.

What You’ll Do

Recruit & Source Talent

• Identify and recruit Mortgage Loan Officers using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, events, and referrals.

Build a Talent Pipeline

• Maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and referral partners to keep a steady flow of qualified prospects.

Screen & Interview

• Conduct initial phone screens and in-office interviews.
• Present top candidates to leadership.

Guide Negotiations

• Assist with discussions around compensation, expectations, and offer terms.

Support Onboarding

• Help new hires transition smoothly into our systems and culture.

Brand-Building & Marketing Support

• Help grow the company’s brand by:
• Supporting the setup of local speaking engagements, recruiting presentations, and community events.
• Assisting with social media content ideas, collecting testimonials, and helping maintain a consistent online presence.

Collaborate In-Office

• Work alongside leadership and recruiting team members to hit hiring goals and support company growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A self-starter who enjoys a results-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Comfortable coordinating events and assisting with social media
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office
• Mortgage industry familiarity is a plus, but not required
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Corona, CA

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Bonuses: Additional incentives paid per qualified Loan Officer hired and onboarded
• Schedule: ~40 hours per week
• Benefits: Paid time off
