This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with strong technology and commercial transactions experience to work on complex, high-value agreements and strategic business transactions within a nationally recognized corporate platform.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of:
- Technology agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Strategic partnership agreements
- Licensing and services agreements
- Advise clients on sophisticated technology and commercial transactions
- Support clients in outsourcing and operational transactions
- Collaborate with business and legal teams on complex contractual and transactional matters across multiple industries
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of law firm experience in:
- Technology transactions
- Commercial contracts
- Complex business transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience with outsourcing transactions is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office of interest required
Compensation
Expected salary range in California, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New York: $225,000 – $435,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
