Responsibilities
- Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters within your area of practice
- Manage substantive client work and day-to-day matter responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
- Participate in client development and relationship-building efforts
- Work directly with clients on significant domestic and international matters
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Current law firm experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
- Strong client service orientation
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within team environments
- Active bar admission or eligibility to practice in the applicable jurisdiction
