Who They’re Looking For

• Junior, mid-level, or senior associates—or Of Counsel
• Law firm experience in corporate and/or finance transactions
• Exposure to structured finance or securitization preferred (not required)
• Experience with RMBS, ABS, CLOs, or financing transactions a plus
• Excellent academic credentials and strong technical skills
• Active bar membership in the applicable office jurisdiction

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $225,000 – $435,000 (commensurate with experience)
