Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join a well-respected full-service law firm in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, and securities compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
- Participate in firm meetings, business development, and client engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Washington State Bar.
- At least 15 years of corporate law experience.
- Strong background in M&A, corporate governance, finance, and securities.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships; partial or developing book of business welcome.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $175,000 - $250,000 , depending on experience and portable business.
- 1,720 billable-hour target with flexible hybrid schedule (2 days onsite).
