Our client, a highly respected Am Law firm, is seeking a 4th–6th year Securities Litigation Associate to join its Palo Alto office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation associate with deep experience in securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, and corporate governance disputes to work with cutting-edge public and high-growth company clients on their most significant matters.
The ideal candidate will bring 4–6 years of sophisticated litigation experience from a comparable law firm, with a strong background in federal and state securities laws, shareholder demands, and complex motion practice. Candidates should have significant drafting experience, particularly with motions to dismiss in securities class actions, along with experience managing project-based assignments, mentoring junior associates, and coordinating with litigation support teams. Federal court litigation experience is required, and prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on a broad range of business and securities litigation matters, including high-stakes disputes involving U.S. and international clients. The expected base salary range for this role is $310,000 – $390,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
