Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience to join a thriving transactional and commercial real estate practice. The attorney will have exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate and transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development, joint ventures, and related corporate work.
