Direct Counsel is seeking a Projects & Energy Associate to join the finance group of a leading AmLaw 100 firm. This role offers the opportunity to focus on complex energy and infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on FERC regulatory work. J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you apply
Minimum 3 years of FERC experience; AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills

Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000, depending on location and experience
