The successful candidate will have experience handling:

Construction and government contracts, including bid protests, public procurement, and regulatory issues

Heavy civil construction disputes and/or local, state, and federal contract matters

Related municipal/public law, including open meetings, ethics, public records, and election law

Appearances before boards, commissions, tribunals, and government entities
Attorneys in this group work across sectors such as transportation, healthcare, environmental services, and real estate.
Qualifications

3–6 years of relevant experience at a law firm or government agency

Background in construction law, government contracts, or complex litigation/regulatory matters

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

New York Bar admission in good standing

Excellent academic credentials

Proactive, strategic thinker with strong client communication skills
Compensation

Base salary range: $240,000 – $330,000

Final compensation will depend on experience, skill set, location, and internal equity
