Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and business litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Manage case strategy and support trial preparation
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple matters
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation experience (large law firm preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Nevada Bar admission required
Compensation & Benefits
- $185,000 – $215,000 base salary bonus
