Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct factual investigations and legal research
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery
- Prepare for and take depositions; argue motions
- Assist with hearings, trials, and overall case strategy
- Communicate directly with clients and contribute to client development efforts
Practice Areas Include:

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
