Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
- Support case strategy development and client communications
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on high-stakes matters
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Admission to the Oregon and/or Washington Bar, or willingness to obtain admission
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $215,000 – $250,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
