Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Junior Trademark Associate (1–4 years of experience) to join its internationally recognized Trademark practice, working with leading clients in the technology and life sciences sectors. What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–4 years of experience in trademark law
✅ Experience in trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement (domestic and international)
✅ Superior analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
✅ Strong academic credentials
✅ Admission to the Bar (or eligibility to sit/waive into the next exam) in the state where the work will be performed

💼 Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and location)
