Family Law Paralegal

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join a well-established and compassionate family law firm based in Marietta, GA. This firm prides itself on offering hope and guidance to clients navigating complex family matters and is looking for someone who shares that mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents

• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case files

• Prepare cases for hearings and trials

• Maintain regular communication with clients

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
