About the Role
This position is ideal for an associate attorney with at least 4 years of eDiscovery experience, including discovery project management and strategy, who is looking to work in a sophisticated, team-oriented environment. This is a non-partnership track role offering exposure to high-volume and complex discovery matters across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the discovery process, including document collection, review, production, and vendor management.

Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective eDiscovery and compliance strategies.

Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth discovery operations.

Leverage technology and AI tools to manage large data volumes throughout the discovery lifecycle.

Draft and respond to discovery-related documents, including objections, motions, and production specifications.

Provide guidance and training to junior attorneys, contract attorneys, and staff.

Stay current on legal and regulatory developments affecting eDiscovery, data privacy, and information governance.
Qualifications

J.D. and bar admission in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.

Minimum 4 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a law firm setting.

Compensation
The expected annual salary range is $155,000–$165,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
