Data Breach Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Midlevel Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a highly regarded law firm’s Data Breach Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build their practice at the intersection of complex litigation, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling data breach class action litigation and a demonstrated commitment to data breach litigation and related regulatory matters. Incident response experience is a plus but not required. CIPP/US certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience

• Significant experience with data breach class action litigation

• Demonstrated interest and experience in data breach litigation and related regulatory matters

• Excellent academic credentials

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Incident response experience is a plus

• CIPP/US certification is preferred but not required

Compensation: $260,000-$365,000

Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
