Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with attorneys on sophisticated corporate financing matters.
Qualifications

3–8 years of corporate finance experience.

Experience in borrower-side leveraged finance and/or fund finance.

Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Licensed to practice law or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
Compensation
$260,000–$435,000 base salary, depending on experience and seniority.
