This is an opportunity to join a growing corporate practice handling sophisticated mergers and acquisitions for both private and public companies.OverviewThe ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of M&A experience, with a strong focus on executing transactions, drafting principal acquisition agreements, and directly negotiating deal terms.
