What You’ll Do

Draft, negotiate, and revise class action settlement agreements

Prepare and negotiate class notices, claim forms, and related settlement documents

Draft and support motions for preliminary and final approval of class settlements

Work closely with class action administrators, ensuring compliance with court orders and timelines

Coordinate with litigation teams to move high-volume cases efficiently from resolution to distribution
Who They’re Looking For

3 years of California Bar admission
-
Experience or strong interest in plaintiff-side class actions, wage & hour, or complex litigation

Willingness to travel occasionally within California

Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

A positive, team-oriented mindset and interest in joining a collaborative group of 25 plaintiff-side attorneys committed to workplace justice
