Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of Delaware commercial and/or corporate litigation experience. Federal court experience is preferred; intellectual property litigation exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Handle Delaware and federal court litigation matters from start to finish

Serve as lead or Delaware counsel on corporate and commercial cases

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage depositions and trial preparation

Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management

Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:

Active Delaware Bar membership

3–6 years litigation experience, preferably in Delaware courts

Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, detail-oriented

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and litigation software
