Key Responsibilities
Faith & Mission Leadership
- Model a life of faith consistent with Catholic teachings
- Participate in retreats, liturgies, and faith-centered activities
- Support and promote the Charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart
- Lead and implement a “friendly discipline” approach rooted in respect and formation
- Chair the faculty Disciplinary Committee
- Evaluate policies and procedures using data and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure effective student supervision across campus
- Build meaningful relationships with students
- Be visible and accessible throughout the school day and at school events
- Support teachers in classroom management and instructional practices
- Assist in designing professional learning opportunities
- Conduct classroom observations and monitor staff performance
- Develop and oversee emergency response plans and drills
- Manage campus safety systems (cameras, access, etc.)
- Monitor attendance and communicate with students, parents, and staff
- Serve on the school Leadership Team
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal
- Practicing Catholic in good standing who supports the mission of Catholic education
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) the Charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart
- Master’s degree required
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in school administration, discipline, or student life preferred
