What are the responsibilities and job description for the St. John the Evangelist, Goshen - After School Care (Eagles Nest) position at DIOCESE OF FORT WAYNE - SOUTH BEND?
St. John the Evangelist School in Goshen, IN, is looking for a few candidates to help with after-school care for students between 2:30pm and 6:00pm. Applicants should be timely, have good management and communication skills, and have a positive disposition to helping students achieve after school.
Candidates will supervise students during play and study time. Be able to work with a team, as well as independently as student ratios lower. St. John the Evangelist will pay for training in CPR and first aid.
Other responsibilities include light clean-up (picking up blocks, puzzles, basketballs, etc.), and a sweeping of the floor after students have their snack (one cafeteria table). Candidates will answer the door and help students connect with their families.
