St. Joseph - Hessen Cassell is seeking a positive, patient, and energetic individual to join our team as a Teacher's Aide for the 2026-2027 school year.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young children in an educational setting and a background in education. This individual will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing, faith-filled learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of our youngest learners.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing instruction and completing curriculum activities
- Assisting the lead teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities
- Supporting students during transitions and classroom routines
- Supervising students during recess and lunch
- Helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Modeling Christian values and supporting the mission of St. Bernard School
