Job Summary:
Support the onboarding, integration, and ongoing servicing of newly acquired agencies, employees, and clients.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to introduce Dimond Bros. processes and programs to new partner agencies
- Manage client service during integrations, including marketing, renewals, proposals, and client communication
- Build strong relationships with incoming employees and support training and transition efforts (typically 3–6 months per partnership)
- Adapt to evolving integration needs, often supporting multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Provide support to internal teams with standard account services when integrations are not active
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client support skills
- Proficiency in agency management systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier platforms
- Experience working with multiple database systems preferred
- Collaborative team player who works well across departments
For reference, our organization uses the title Account Executive in place of Account Manager.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
