Join our team as a Insurance Customer Account Manager (our official title is Personal Lines Account Executive), where you’ll partner with clients, Sales Executives, and carrier partners to win new business, remarket accounts, and build strong, lasting relationships, all while making a real impact in a collaborative environment.
Full-Time, On-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
- Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed.
- Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Position Requirements
- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior experience as a personal lines insurance producer
- Strong understanding of carrier policies, coverages, and pricing
- Collaborative, goal‑driven approach with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
