Key Responsibilities
- Market new and renewal business to carriers independently and with Sales Executives
- Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies, including client and carrier meetings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Prepare proposals and renewal summaries using BenefitPoint
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and follow agency SOPs and best practices
Position Requirements
- Active Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Life and Health Account Executive
- Commitment to continuing insurance education and professional development
- Strong knowledge of life and health insurance with the ability to discuss coverage with carriers and clients
- Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft products, and carrier platforms
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work under pressure
- Positive, collaborative team player willing to mentor others
