Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team who works with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns. They act as a liaison between departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and that the brand voice and message is consistent across all channels.

Full-time, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support corporate events, including planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with internal and external communications, copywriting, and content development.
• Support marketing campaigns through research, execution, and evaluation.
• Edit video content for marketing and communications needs.
• Manage marketing collateral, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate across departments and manage projects from concept to completion.

• Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products
• Experience with the Adobe Suite of Products
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional marketing experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
