Job Summary
The Senior Commercial Lines Account Executives supports Commercial Lines Sales Executives in managing OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) accounts. This role involves placing new business, servicing existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and carrier partners. The position focuses on OCIP program administration, including oversight of master policies and real-time management of the OCIP portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Market new and renewal business to carriers in collaboration with Sales Executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, carriers, and internal teams.
- Assist in developing renewal strategies and participate in client and carrier meetings.
- Prepare professional proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Manage OCIP portal tasks including contractor enrollments, renewals, reporting, and data updates.
- Maintain Insurance Cost Worksheets and follow up on contractor requirements.
- Provide timely support to contractors via phone and email.
- Conduct OCIP training sessions and presentations in person and via TEAMS.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in agency systems.
- Apply independent judgment in servicing accounts and addressing coverage inquiries.
- Adhere to SOPs and promote best practices and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of insurance and OCIP programs, including coverage discussions and policy rating for construction risks.
- Proficiency in agency management systems, OCIP portal, Microsoft Office, and carrier platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development; insurance designations preferred.
