- Build rapport with customers
- Answer internet leads within the store's required time
- Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers
- Confirm appointments
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry
- Maintain factory training and product knowledge requirements
- Must possess a valid Florida driver's license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
