Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle advertised on-line utilizing phone, text, video and email methods
• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using Dimmitt Chevrolet's selling process
• Build rapport with customers
• Answer internet leads within the store's required time
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers
• Confirm appointments
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry
• Maintain factory training and product knowledge requirements
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license
• Must have a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Bilingual / Spanish speaking a bonus
• Honesty and integrity
• A clean, well-groomed and professional appearance
• An upbeat, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• A strong, reliable and punctual work ethic
• Possess a sense of urgency
