Responsibilities

• Present and sell needed products, and or, services to the customer in a professional manner while adhering to the manufacturer's published maintenance schedule and requirements
• Build rapport with the customer to promote customer satisfaction and customer retention
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information
• Advise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
• Generate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repair
• Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician
• Follow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up
• Have the ability to be an active listener and effectively communicate
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license
• Must have a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Service advisor with General Motors experience a bonus
• CDK experience is also helpful
• Absolute honesty and integrity
• A clean, well-groomed and professional appearance
• An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• A strong, reliable and punctual work ethic
• Possess a sense of urgency
