CNC Press Brake Operator
Dimensional Innovations is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our Metal Fabrication team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet specifications and tolerances.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can operate with minimal supervision and has a solid understanding of press brake setup and operation. This role supports custom, one-off fabrication projects rather than repetitive production work.

Due to our onsite Fabrication process, the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.

This is an hourly (non-exempt) position. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Select appropriate tooling (punches and dies) based on material and bend requirements
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Perform test runs and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor production and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and safe
- Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed
- Experience operating CNC press brakes in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Understanding of press brake fundamentals, including tooling, bend sequences, and tolerances
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with aluminum and a variety of materials
- Familiarity with press brake programming and machine controls
- Additional fabrication experience (cutting, welding, assembly)
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (noise, moving equipment, etc.)
