What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Specialist position at Dime Industries?
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s obsessed with e-commerce growth and knows how to turn clicks into customers. If you live in Ads Manager, think in ROAS, and get way too excited about conversion rate lift, you’re going to love this.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can run with the ball, test fast, learn faster, and drive measurable revenue impact.
What you’ll own
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
- Drive e-commerce KPIs like ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, and retention
- Help plan and execute promos, product drops, seasonal campaigns, and launches
- Monitor performance daily and make smart, quick optimizations (creative, targeting, bidding, budgets)
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterations
- Improve the customer journey from ad click → landing page → checkout
- Track performance with GA4, Shopify, pixels, UTMs, attribution tools and build clear weekly reporting
- Bring new channel ideas and testing frameworks to the table (always improving, always iterating)
What we’re looking for:
This isn’t a “post and pray” role. We need someone who can actually drive growth.
- 3 years digital marketing experience with extensive e-commerce performance focus
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and campaigns tied to revenue
- Strong grasp of Shopify (or similar), GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and attribution
- Comfortable making decisions using data, not vibes (but you’ve got great vibes too)
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and keep projects moving
- Self-starter energy: you see issues, fix them, and then optimize the fix
Nice-to-haves (not required, but awesome)
- Klaviyo or email/SMS lifecycle marketing experience
- CRO and A/B testing experience (landing pages, checkout, offer testing)
- Experience scaling a DTC brand or subscription product
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Why this role is a big deal
- $75,000/year
- Real ownership and impact (your work shows up in revenue)
- Fast-moving team that actually executes
- Room to grow as we scale
