What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Administrator position at DIME Industries?
We’re hiring a Data Entry Administrator who’s obsessive about accuracy, organization, and keeping systems clean. If broken data makes your eye twitch and you take pride in getting things right the first time, this role is for you.
This is a high-ownership role supporting core operations, inventory, and program tracking. You’ll be trusted with critical data that keeps the business running smoothly.
What you’ll own
- Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data in mytrace (CRM/ERP)
- Keep inventory accurate in EZO, ensuring system data matches what’s actually on hand
- Verify data against source documents and catch issues before they become problems
- Stay organized with digital and physical records so teams can move fast and stay aligned
- Flag inconsistencies, missing info, or errors quickly and help resolve them
- Support light admin and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data and security best practices
This isn’t a click buttons all day role. We need someone dependable, detail-driven, and consistent.
- Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and hit deadlines
- Experience with ERPs or inventory systems is a big plus (mytrace/EZO experience = huge bonus)
