DIME Industries is scaling like crazy across the U.S. and Canada, and we’re looking for an absolute rockstar Accounting Manager to help tighten up our financial engine as we expand.

This isn’t a back-office, “push paper all day” type of role. This is real ownership, real collaboration, and real impact. You’ll be working hand-in-hand with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Leadership every single day to keep the business moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Own

• Daily accounting workflows across multiple entities
• Month-end close, reconciliations, and clean reporting
• Multi-state invoicing, payments, credits, and collections
• Cash flow forecasting and margin/COGS tracking
• Inventory-related accounting tied to production
• Building better SOPs as we continue scaling

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3 years accounting experience (Manager/Senior level ideal)
• GAAP-smart, detail-obsessed, and proactive
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Strong communicator who can work across teams
• Experienced with accounting systems (Sage is a PLUS, QuickBooks, NetSuite, ERP tools)
• Bonus points for cannabis, manufacturing, or CPG background
