Position Description and Job Skill Set
Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform:
Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:
Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimization.
Assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality.
Assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic.
Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site.
Assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement.
Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end-user training.
Required Skills/Experience:
Epic PB certification(s).
RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified.
Revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training.
Clearinghouse experience.
