CNA Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule CNA's to care for our home health or hospice patients
- Support field CNA staff with covering visits when needed by providing care within the training limitations of a CNA for both home health and hospice patients in their place of residence, including all covered aide services under the Medicare home health and hospice benefits.
- Complete all documentation and charting accurately and in a timely manner
- Oversee the completion of all documentation to ensure CNA charting is accurate and turned in at a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, employees, patients and their family
- Interact well with patient, family, physicians, Interdisciplinary Team members and other healthcare professionals
Licenses Required:
- Active Utah Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Valid Utah driver license with car insurance
- Order supplies, keep supplies stocked
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
