Folder Operator Level I 1st & 2nd Shift

We are actively hiring for the position of Folder Operator for our plant in Brooklyn, OH.

Shift: 1st Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

2nd Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day.
• Place printed jobs on the folding machine and set up to make bifold, trifold, according to job specifications.
• Observe the folding machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate fold run.
• Replace worn-out rubber stoppers and adjust to ensure an accurate fold, using hand tools when required.
• Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Physical Activity

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (50% of time)
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Walking and moving around the work area (50% of the time)
