Presentation Folder Inc. is full service printing & finishing company located in Orange, CA. We are family owned & operated for over 40 years, and are currently seeking a Press Operator for our KM1 29" Digital Press room.
The ideal Digital Print Operator candidate should have the ability and motivation to organize, plan, and prioritize in an efficient manner in order to see each job through to completion. The ideal candidate is able to work adequately under pressure, and is able to meet given deadlines. We are looking for an individual who can work well with others, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
1st & 2nd Shift Available
1st Shift Hours: 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
2nd Shift Hours: 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24-$32 / Hour (pay based on skills and qualifications)

Position Responsibilities:
- Run specialized daily print jobs on 1st or 2nd shift schedule
- Prepare & load files and corresponding paper for print
- Observe machines in operation and make any adjustments as needed
- Identify workable production solutions when trouble shooting & effectively communicate with staff for any operating issues
- Ensure deadlines are maintained and company objectives are met on each printed job
- Perform scheduled cleanings & routine maintenance on Press
Requirements:
- Digital or Offset Printing Experience Preferred
- High School diploma required
- Must be able to set up all print jobs
- Must be familiar with Adobe Products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Must be able to establish color approvals on press with or without customer interactions and be able to maintain color and print quality for production run
- Must be able to multi-task & be a team player
- Knowledge of printing terminology and practices, including, but not limited to, layout, file conversion, and color matching
- Must be detail oriented and have strong planning and organization skills
