We are actively hiring for the position of Machine Operator for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize routing and cutting machinery, such as Zünd and Summa cutters
- Execute product finishing operations
- Manage fabric transfer devices and hot knife instruments
- Handle vinyl materials, encompassing cutting, weeding, and pre-masking
- Diagnose equipment and production challenges as they occur
- Assess and confirm the quality of printed images
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include training from a technical college.
- A minimum of one year of experience in digital or large format printing is preferred.
- Experience in the production of signs or graphics is required.
- Candidates should possess both mechanical and artistic skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
- Experience as a machine operator is required.
- The ability to effectively multitask is important.
- A strong sense of color is crucial.
- Good reading comprehension skills are expected.
- Basic proficiency in English is required.
