Job Description:
Seeking a Digital Content Manager to support a focused content revamp and website redesign initiative. This role will serve as the central coordinator across content strategy, product marketing, and web design, ensuring all workstreams move in alignment toward shared messaging, timing, and execution goals. The role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a fast-moving project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central coordinator across content writers, product marketing, and web design teams
- Lead weekly cross-functional syncs and keep stakeholders informed of priorities, dependencies, and upcoming decisions
- Review content and design deliverables at each stage to identify misalignment before approvals
- Work closely with product marketing to stay current on messaging updates and strategic shifts, and communicate changes to content and design teams in real time
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to schedule input sessions and support content accuracy at key development stages
- Own the content approval workflow, including tracking reviews, routing materials to the appropriate approvers, and managing feedback cycles
- Exercise sound judgment on when approvals may be handled at the marketing level versus when executive review is needed
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of page status across all in-scope pages and surface risks or blockers early
- Support coordination across parallel workstreams tied to the website redesign initiative
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in digital content production, content operations, or program coordination in a B2B technology environment
- Proven experience working across content, design, and marketing teams simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at multiple levels, including senior and executive approvers
- Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Comfortable working in Figma to review design comps and provide feedback on content and layout interaction
- Proficient in Jira or Workfront for project tracking and workflow management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate across content, design, and product marketing perspectives
- Understanding of UX content principles and how messaging hierarchy affects page design decisions
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within or alongside an active messaging framework build-out
- Familiarity with semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology products
- Background coordinating SME reviews or content approvals in a technical B2B setting
- Prior experience in a vendor or agency coordination role with multiple external partners
