Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and execute supplier communications related to procurement technology and process changes.
- Partner with Change Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure accurate and effective messaging.
- Manage communication reviews and approvals with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication distribution and ensure suppliers receive timely, actionable information.
- Monitor supplier inquiries and route questions to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support change management efforts that drive supplier awareness, readiness, and adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in communications, change management, stakeholder engagement, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational or technology-driven change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with executive leadership, including VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with supplier, procurement, sourcing, finance, or vendor communications.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and enterprise communication platforms.
