The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates with the firm’s recruiters and business stakeholders to drive the hiring process and ensure a seamless, end-to-end recruiting experience, both internally and externally.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at DA, you will work closely with our hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and thrives under pressure. This position will require you to manage competing priorities effectively. You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy, with an emphasis on efficiency and overall value generation as we hire for our rapidly scaling organization.

Pay Transparency: The estimated salary range for this role, based in our New York City office, is $75,000-90,000. The range may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience coordinating the recruitment process for a large-volume hiring team
- Proficient understanding of scheduling across multiple time zones
- Self-starter, comfortable asking questions, and with a sincere interest in understanding the environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Google Suite; able to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with ATS systems, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities

- Coordinate with the internal recruiting team to post positions and set up roles in our Applicant Tracking System
- Be a vital part of the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
- Schedule - and reschedule, as necessary - virtual and in-person interviews between active candidates and interviewers
- Align with each specific office location as to any on-site interviews
- Address questions from either candidates or hiring teams regarding scheduling, status, testing, or issues related to the role
- Reject candidates using provided templates as aligned with the point of the interview process.
- Track candidate status via the Recruitment Tracker and update changes accordingly
