Job Requirements

The successful candidate will live within the New York Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) , preferably with the ability with the ability to commute to the New York City office on a flexible hybrid schedule.

• 7 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations (fintech or blockchain highly preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in building and scaling RevOps teams.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi/RWA adoption, and on-chain analytics.
• Expertise in CRM and GTM tool stacks; strong BI and analytics capabilities.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience delivering board-level reporting.

Job Responsibilities

Opportunity

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy at Digital Asset. You’ll ensure that the Canton Network’s ecosystem growth is measured, reported, and translated into actionable GTM strategies. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to build a scalable RevOps function from the ground up.

• Lead revenue analytics across the Canton Network and public chains, ensuring leadership has visibility into adoption, liquidity, and TVL trends.
• Define and track KPIs to measure commercial success and ecosystem expansion.
• Build and manage forecasting, territory planning, and incentive design for the sales org.
• Drive GTM operational strategy: from pipeline management to reporting packages for executives and board stakeholders.
• Implement scalable systems and processes that enable growth across sales, partnerships, and marketing.
• Create new hire onboarding plan
• Establishing a data-driven culture.

Pay Transparency: The estimated salary range for this role, based in our New York City office, is $170,000 to $210,000. The range may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
