Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and highly organized Warehouse Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations within one warehouse department, which may include inventory, shipping and receiving, engine tear-down, or parts inspection. Department assignment will be based on business needs and individual strengths.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work alongside your team to keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an organized problem-solver, and a leader who sets the standard through example.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to manage and organize daily workflows within a single department
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Comfortable using tablets, computers, or inventory/production systems
- Clear communicator who can give direction and feedback
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Willing to be hands-on and support the team as needed
- Able to lift, move, and organize parts; comfortable working on your feet
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations within an assigned warehouse department
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Train, coach, and support team members within the department
- Monitor productivity, organization, and quality standards
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow within the department
- Communicate department needs, challenges, and progress to management
- Lead by example through hands-on participation when needed
